AMAZİNG SMELLS FROM OUR CYPRİOT KİTCHEN

Throughout history, Cyprus has been known for its traditional, cultural, unique and mouth watering cuisine. They have a wide range of varieties of appetizers as well as main courses too.

Delicious North Cyprus Foods-Appetizer ;

  • PİLAVUNA: pastry made from flour and semolina with a mixture of aged cyprus cheese, dried raisins, dried cinnamon, died mint, salt, pepper
  • Şeftali Kebab ( made from onions, parsley , minced meat and you roll at this with the abdominal membrane like sausage.
  • Samarella Pastırma ( is made from 2-3 years old lamb or sheep meat , cut into thin slices with lot’s of salt and top thyme.)
  • Pastırma (made from sheep’s or lam’s meat ,garlic, salt, normal and hot pepper , black pepper ,cinnamon, cumin paste and made from lambs abdominal membrane.)
  • Fried Liver ( sheep or lamb liver , cut onion , oil and salt )

  7. CEVİZ MACUNU (Walnut preservative, stuffed with clove spice)
  8.  PALUZE (A jelly type of dessert made with corstarch and fruit of choices with added nuts and served cold)
