After a few investigations, I would like to share with you guys a few events that I have been to. Coffee?

Cyprus Rakı Festival

 

Every year during May ‘Cyprus Rakı’ Festival is always held and around 50 restuarants participate in this festival. During this festival, traditional Cyprus Meze’s are served all around and Rakı is consumed with these mouth watering appetizers! Famous singers from Turkey also attend to this festival. Traditional Cyprus main cuisine is also served, such as our famous ‘şeftali kebabı’, our famous dish ‘molehiya’ pickles, our famous cheese ‘Hellim’ and many more! This festival defiantly should not be missed!

Cyprus Theatre Festival

 

“A place on earth. To live like humans.”

The Cypriot Theater Festival in Nicosia, which I want to participate in, is a great place for many artists to recognize and appreciate the subtleties of their work. The ideas that each script will earn are indispensable; it is the unique feature of the theater that presents different horizons.

 

Buffer Fringe performing arts

 

“Challenge the restrictions of performing arts.”

BF was one of the most different festivals I attended to this year. I had the chance to meet people with, challenging ideas & open perspectives. BF gave me the opportunity to to witness the amazement that there are no place for indifference weather physical or artistic structures. İt made clearly see the other side of the Cyprus culture that it had a whole new world.

YUKA BLEND Street Festival

 

“Art will change everything!”

I can honestly say to you that attending the YUKA-B street festival was on of the most amazing events! This year there were different DJ’s, streets full of graffiti, a bohemian style & type, camping areas, lots of fun and dancing had taken place! It defiantly is a festival that I would really want to happen again and look forward to going again! The atmosphere really is unforgettable! My advice is to bring things to eat. I hope to see you all their again next year!

 

 

Holi-fest Cyprus

To celebrate the welcoming of ‘Spring’ this festival is held every year and originally comes from India, and is still carried on.  This festival has become very popular in Cyprus for the past few years and has been a big catch out to it. This festival is one of the most colorful and has the most outstanding atmosphere to it. Make sure your phone charge is full because there will be no moments you want to miss!
