WORK PERMITS FOR FOREIGN NATIONALS

 

. You must enter TRNC with a passport and obtain an entry visa.

Foreign nationals working at the workplace must have entered the TRNC with their passports and seal their passports at the time of entry.

Foreign nationals entering without prior permission cannot work. If the employee has a non-working position at the specified workplace, the employee loses the   pre-permit value and is not available for another workplace.

 

. You must obtain a work permit after login with pre-authorization.

In order to work in the TRNC, you must start the Work Permit procedures and complete within 15 days of your entry into the island within 30 days at the latest.

 

. What Is The Duration Of The Work Permit?

It is issued for a minimum of six months, one year and a maximum of two years.

 

. Can I Work At Another Place At The Same Time With A Single Work Permit?

You cannot work in a Place other than the specified workplace or with the employer.

 

.When the work permit is not applicable?

Although you have a work permit;

. If you do not start the work permit

. If you not continue to work after starting work,

. If terminated by the employer or you, your work permit will be void and will be considered canceled.
