For foreign people who wants to buy a house will sign a contract with the person or institution where the house is bought. Actually they will pay tax to the government without house. “EXTRA PAYMENT TAXES”

1- Stamp rate – 0.5% (paid at the time of signing the contract)

2- VAT – 5% of price of property

3- Transformer contribution – £ 1,500-GBP, depending on the project

4- Water and electricity meter connecting, sewage, garbage container – total

3,500 – 4,000 TL (varies by region), the customer pays KIB-TEK are and the municipality

5- Deed fee -% 3 (if the exemption is used, only one time right) or 6% (if you do not want to use the opposition)

* The title deed is made after closing all the balance
